Training yesterday sucked bad. First I couldn't find my ass with my hands, and then I was so completely wasted after the first round of rolling that I had to take a break. What the fuck? I think I might still have a cold or something, because the weeks before I never had problems like this. Anyway, it will be totally gone on thursday. I will it so! :)
Oh, and another good thing about grappling: Rolling for a while is like getting an upper body peeling. The skin on my chest is always so smooth, it's awesome.
