Someone else from Dinotech called me this morning to say that Gary (I guess that's my plumber's name) discovered this morning that the part he needs is out dated and has to be special ordered. Would it be ok to reschedule to Tues? I told the guy I really didn't care anymore when he came because I was done dealing with the whole thing. I told him about waiting for 4 hours yesterday morning for him to even get here and then 2 more hours while he apparently scouted around for the part. The dispatcher had no idea any of this had happened and feigned a massive apologetic attitude. He offered me 50% off the work. I told him it was warranty work otherwise after my 4th phone call to Zack I would have cancelled the whole thing - but that I was stuck with them. He said he would talk to his boss and find a way to make it right. I basically was like yeah sure whatever, bye. At least now I know someone's getting busted and I won't have to call and be a complete bitch after this is done. I was going to wait till I knew for sure it was fixed before going off.
