im home. i missed it so much.

summer is too far away. spring break was a tease.

its weird when you realize that what you have seemingly pin pointed about someone’s personality, or life, or how much you think you knew them, is inaccurate.

my grandpa asked me how my boyfriend was doing, i loved telling him that jared was lovely...while holding my hand he told me wisely to hold onto those that truly cared about me for they would be my most valued possessions. he mentioned that he missed out on the experience of holding hands and teenage lust, with such a regretful gaze that almost made my tear. such unexpected words from a man who yells bitterly at my whole family in his weary old age...but i marvel at his strength at the same time.
