Colon - Normal - some small hemorides inside and a 4mm polyp - very small taken out for biopsy
Endoscopy - Haitus Hernia (pretty common) and some Erythematous in my stomach and my duodendum (pretty common) for the most part normal...

So - Still no idea where pain is coming from - next step ultrasound - will call tomorrow to schedule
