I just got this email from my lender:

Hi Deanne,

Ok, we are all done. All of the conditions have been cleared and the docs have been ordered. They will be transmitted to the title company on April 25th for a closing on April 27th. So that’s it, we just sit and wait.

I have a feeling William is cute so it will be interesting to meet him! I was lying in bed last night trying to visualize decorating and where all my furniture will go. I'm going to have so much more space than I have now not to mention an extra bedroom. Having options is making my little brain work hard. I was thinking about painting my kitchen and giving my place some color. I'm terrible with colors, though. I want a nice neutral green or beigy brown. I don't know though. I wish I had a parent who was really a parent to help me out with these things. Or, you know, a local friend. Just stamp a big L on my loser forehead... correction - loser HOMEOWNING forehead :P
