Several users have requested to have their journals removed from ljfind. We have now completed this feature so can permanantly remove journals from our search results.
To do this please log on and post a comment here requesting it, we will remove journals and then remove your comment once done

So Ljfind has been working fine since adding the third server a few weeks ago, we have
a web server
an index server
a db server
Only two weeks on and again ljfind is struggling with load at peak times this is 6pm-11pm GMT, which corresponds to when America is online.
We are serving 50-70 searches at anyone time, which is about 750,000 a day.(this inbcludes search engnine rob

Had another lesson with Serg today, was pretty useful he reckons I dont bend my knees enouigh when carving, which means I slide a bit and loose speed. By the end of the lesson I was carving much better. Did quite a few jumps too which was fun.
Then went out with James for a bit, was pretty knackered by this point, so only did about 4 hours boarding.
