I'm at Bread Co (I hear it's Panera for the rest of the country), typing on T's laptop, drinking hot tea, and trying to avoid coming down with a cold. I have lots of studying to do. Hippie massage school is not the most academically challenging thing in the world, but it is still possible to fall behind on reading and papers. And if it's possible to fall behind, I usually manage.

Hippie massage school is teaching me a lot. This morning we worked on draping, getting undressed under a tent of bedsheets (there's a premium on privacy--it's a small building) and working on keeping body parts covered. More importantly, it's changing the way I think, giving me new ideas, and teaching me new ways to live. I feel like I'm growing--I feel like I'm just starting to grow.

Rugby practice tonight. I ran until I felt like puking, then ran a little more. I really love the feeling of not being able to get enough air, of using my body as hard as I can (which isn't as hard as I'd like--I haven't been making practices, I haven't been working out, I haven't been doing much but ride my bike to work). The Thursday night potlucks are going to go on hiatus for an indefinite period.
