I just heard back from my realtor. Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaa I'm going to save $10k on my loan! You know what's really weird is all along I wanted to spend about $125,000 on a place but when I found this one I was ok with paying more so that I wouldn't have to put in a bunch of money to fix it up myself. So in the end, oddly, I'm getting exactly what I had intended all along. Guardian angel? Hmm!

Yesterday and today have been a whirlwind of crazy. Yesterday all day I was dealing with my step mom. It was clear she wasn't comfortable co-applying for my townhouse but when I told her to just tell me she didn't want to do it so we could stop the whole process, she wouldn't.
