After several weeks, here's what I have managed to achieve or in progress
1. Interest and passion in work - Yes I like what I do, finally!
2. Honesty and trust - I flatly told my cousin my colleague and I resigned because we didn't like the boss. Previously I would have avoided all intrusive questions pertaining to work but now I do not. I am gradually becoming an open book I hope.

I realise men will always be men.
