i'm hoping to enjoy this halloween as much as i can, since it will be my last as a teenager and i didn't do dick all last year. i ran into my friend christine on friday and we spent the entire afternoon making costumes for a party that night. i was marshall applewhite and she bonnie nettles, founders of the HEAVEN'S GATE CULT. which meant hightops, black clothes, and purple arm bands reading "HEAVEN'S GATE AWAY TEAM"

what an odd evening. trapped in leacock by shitty weather, we ordered chinese takeout which was delivered on campus by a charming fellow and promptly devoured on the tables normally used for bake sales. cutlery was nonexistant; we fashioned food-trowels from the styrofoam corners from the boxes the food came in and used towels from the bathroom to clean up

i'm getting on top of things as far as school is concerned. other shit's weird right now. you know.
i'm seeing two of my musical favourites - diplo & tv on the radio - the weekend after this one. that's also the weekend before my first midterm. i hope i succeed. i might see tapes 'n tapes this weekend; i don't know.
