She wants to brutally beat me and make me bleed.

I saw something that I wasn't supposed to see because my friend borrowed my laptop to access his LJ account and didn't log out... and because I hit CTRL-F-"Jen". I shouldn't have done it, but I was curious. I was hoping for the best. Sometimes I miss the person who wrote this. I thought it would be nice if she was more stable now and we could all hang out again. Instead, I saw this and now I am really creeped out:

Steve and I read the Missed Connection page on Craigslist because it is alternately sweet, disgusting, and hilarious. But this is SO much better!

But some like it hard.

http://impishlaugh.livejournal.com/211453.html

At work, I noticed that if a book is available in hardcover and softcover versions, 90% of patrons choose the softcover version. I wonder why this is? I guess that hardcover books remind people of school. Softcover books must seem friendlier and less intimidating to casual readers.

When I read a book in a coffee shop, random people will bother me if it is a softcover book, but not if it is a hardcover book

I have not used shampoo in almost 2 weeks.

I have not used shampoo in almost two weeks, and my hair looks better than ever. A while back I read an article about the main ingredients in shampoo, and I realized that my hair probably looked bad because I shampooed it. Sodium laurel sulfate is the shampoo ingredient that makes "bubbles." It is a detergent that strips hair of its natural oils, making hair dry and creating the need for conditioner. It is also used

Martin Millar

I have found the best author and I cannot keep him to myself.

One thing I've learned in library school is that the online catalog is indexed more brilliantly than I imagined, and it can help you find things you love (despite the fact that you have not yet heard of them). Consequently, I've developed a habit of idly searching the online catalog at work (only when work is slow!) for random good things. A few

Everyone I know had a really bad day yesterday. Did you have one, too? Something must be in retrograde.

A question open to all, but especially to my male friends:

http://impishlaugh.livejournal.com/209918.html

The other day, Steve meant to say "Now that I'm dating you..." but instead he said, "Now that I married you..."

WHOA. Nice Freudian slip!
We both laughed sort of nervously, and then we laughed happily and squeezed each others hands. We couldn't get too schmoopy; I was driving.

My question:
Was this just a random accident?
Or could this mean that he is seriously th
