I have a rare day off from school today, which is good because yesterday I fell asleep without setting my alarm. Slept for a good 12 or so hours, too... my head is all fuzzy with extra sleep. :)

Well, while everybody else was out having fun this weekend at birthday parties, I was stuck inside learning the finer points of antibody-coupled magneto beads (and no, I'm not making that up). This Monday is the first practical exam we've had so far, and I'm not entirely sure what to expect.

I didn't look at my schedule closely this morning, and ergo didn't realize that the lab begins at 9:45 instead of at 9 like usual. That's 45 wasted minutes of potential sleep. *sigh* It's a shame, because I could have really used some extra sleep.
