Journalling always tastes better when I'm within smelling distance from the ocean. Laptop perched on a railing over a surreally foggy Ocean City, waiting for breakfast and a full day of handbell ringing. I'll be enjoying it for another 8 hours, though not with the salty air. I think that might be bad for the brass. Pity, this is certainly my favorite weather ever.

I'd make this a poll, but I've still only sent livejournal money once, and it wasn't on my behalf. Besides, essay form is better. Today's subject is the non-word "Trapaise." It's been a persistent part of my vocabulary for decades. But apparently, the entire time, it was supposed to be 'traipse'. Google has 48 citations, most in the 'traipse' use. Does anyone else know of this usage, or used it themselves?

4:45, Arrive at airport. See that departing flight isn't delayed, but arriving flight serving as departing flight is posted delayed 25 minutes. United website gives delay at 17 minutes. This reduces our layover from 35 minutes to 10-18 minutes. Weee.
5:01, announcement that the arriving plane will land in 10 minutes.

Three years ago, I ended Fans feeling I had mined all the story I could get out of the characters, the concept and the series. Today, I don't think I've ever been more wrong about anything in my life. I've dialogued 75 pages already and show no signs of slowing down.
Fans will be returning with the same schedule and (default) format as Penny and Aggie, (in about 5 days). Jason Waltrip is back.
