I've just seen the DVD of this gig and the sound on that is OK.
My best guess: The array was not ideal for diffusing into the main arena and the engineers had to keep an ear on how the live DVD would sound, taking a feed from their desk. I've decided to change the direction of this LiveJournal. It had no real focus and I rarely got round to updating it.

What's happened?
Well lots of routine musical stuff for Christmas combined with Stan's house move.
But today I bought a nice new cedar top guitar so I have a new toy to keep me entertained and shred my fingers ;-)
