Man, I tell you what, parking tickets are a fucking racket. I paid to park my damn car for 40 minutes, and the meter was in TOTAL WORKING ORDER when I left it, so I'll be good god-damned if I'm paying $25 because the meter spontaneously "failed" while I was inside. Good news is I have a sassy new haircut.
