The top half has a poem I was inspired to write on the ride over. I think I'll post the poem, as it probably has wider appeal.

I've started having some issues in the past week with the app I have hosted at Tech. IT seems to be linked to PyChart, and the FAQ suggests that Ghostscript has become broken. Can anyone at the TCC help?

Really, the title says it all. I went down to Crown Tourney this weekend and was given a Stag's Blood. Three years after it was awarded. I was very surprised, and still am.
The scroll and sash are wonderful. Thank you

Actual conversation between me and a customer's programmer today:
Me: The data is being sent big endian. Them: Are the bytes most significant bit first or least? Me: They are big endian, so MSB. Them: Are you doing byte swapping? Me: No, this is big endian, so no byte swapping. Them: Doesn't RS-422 use byte swapping? Me: No, RS-422 is a physical layer spec. It doesn't discu

weekend
Today we installed new carpet, specificaly Flor. It's great! It may not be the softest carpet, but it should be very durable and easy to clean. The total installation time was just over two hours. Of course, that doesn't count the six or eight hours it took to remove the furniture, old carpet, clean up the floor and patch the pits in the concrete. That was yesterday though, so i

I've replaced my dining table, so I need to get rid of my old one.
It is roughly an oval, 43" by 63" at 30" high. It can expand for a leaf, though that was lost before we bought the table. It wouldn't be that hard to make a new leaf if you wanted. The legs come off for transport, and it could probably use a new coat of paint if you want it pretty.
The table is yours free for the taking if y
