ka = [H][F] / [HF]
[H] = 3.5 x 10^-4M [HF] / F
-log[H] = pH
and they said pH = 3.5
so 3.5 = -log[H]
[H] = 10^-3.5
10^-3.5 = 3.5 x 10^-4M [HF] / F
[HF] is given as 3.50M
